Assignment 16- Garrett Uebelhor

      For this assignment I chose to watch Red and Red 2. Obviously their name shows that they are going to have a lot in common and they do yet for this assignment I am going to compare the relative success of the two movies. The first Red movie was actually pretty good including comedy and action in one movie and leaving the audience with a fairly positive feeling at the end of the movie. Red 2 includes much of the same action yet unlike the original seems to do a lot less proficient job in mixing in comedy to lighten up the action. Without this comedic relief the repeated killing begins to feel overwhelming to the wrong audiences. Personally I didn't really have this problem; I enjoyed the intense action through out and the scarcity of humor was really not a major deteren to me.
